What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Seamless integration within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, which makes privacy management & data subject request handling much smoother & more automated for organisations already using Microsoft tools. This native integration reduces complexity, helps surface privacy risks proactively, & speeds up compliance workflows saving time & effort while enhancing overall data protection.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft Priva has limited functionality outside the Microsoft ecosystem & while it works great within Microsoft 365, it can struggle with data sources and / or systems that aren’t part of that environment, which can be a big challenge for organizations with more diverse IT landscapes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
