What differentiates Paperform from other similar products?

I've done so much more with Paperform. I've built lead magnets and quizzes with complex logic with the help of Paperform, and connected them to their proper ESPs. Lead magnets are now really easy to build because Paperform goes out of their way to make them easy. They have direct connections to a ton of different providers, and if yours isn't listed, they'll help you set up a webhook (which sounds complicated until someone awesome on their support team walks you through it). I've been a customer for years and this is one software that I'll always renew.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy they make even the most complicated parts of form building.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The forms are now in draft by default, and must be published. This one change has tripped me up more times than I'd like to admit.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't hesitate. Get it. Use it. And if you're feeling like you don't have the technical skills, start a chat convo with their team. They are the nicest, most helpful tech support I have ever encountered.

What differentiates Paperform from other similar products?

I honestly don’t know if there is a similar product? Yes I know there are other form software and there’s other signature software, etc. but I have never seen anything that integrates so many different functions all at one that works so smoothly I haven’t used paper form very much the last little bit because my business has been a little bit dormant, but we’re about to bring it back up, but it has been the backbone of my being able to sell, host retreats, book, clients, etc. There is a few things that would make it hundred percent, but where I’m sitting I would rate it about 90%. It’s one of the best things I ever did for my business

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It’s easy to use. I can customize the forms and for the most part I can work with it to fit my business instead of making my business fit the software. And I also like the fact that I can embedded for him right onto my own website so it’s a smooth experience for my clients and I like that I can take payments in different currencies like it’s just made everything easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don’t like that I cannot tell if somebody has received or opened their acknowledgment. Email when they fill out a form or book a service. I also don’t like that there is no way to either integrate it to my own email marketing system, which is Kartra without a third-party. And I don’t like that when a client book an appointment through paper form that they don’t get reminders or that I can’t set up a Zoom link. And in paper sign I just find it’s a little clunky and not intuitive and it’s easy to lose track of your documents. I wish there was a cleaner way to track templates versus signed documents.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If someone was recommending it, I would recommend it wholeheartedly. I of course, would let them know the caveats that I just gave in the previous answer but I do find those are mostly things that can be worked around. They do add a little complexity in terms of administrative work, and staying extremely organized, especially as far as papersign goes however, the amount of work it saves it it’s definitely a trade-off but I love this product. It surprises me when people tell me they haven’t heard of it.

Tangibility: Paperforms can be touched and handled making them easier to read and understand.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simplicity: Paperforms are easy to use and do not require any special equipment or software to complete.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of security: Paperforms are vulnerable to being lost or stolen.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To consider the purpose for which the Paperforms will be used for. to make sure the Paperforms are compatible with any equipment or software they will be using.
